Kozichino village is part of Pomorie municipality, which is part of Burgas region. It is located about 22 km northwest of Sunny beach(22 minutes by car), about 45 km northwest of Burgas(40 minutes by car), about 40 km from Burgas airport(34 minutes by car). The village was founded around the 10th century as a part of the First Bulgarian Kingdom. It is situated about 500 - 600 meters above sea level in the Eastern Balkan Mountains. It has a unique nature, preserved ethnicity, Old Bulgarian language, its own architecture of the houses, which are a prerequisite for rural tourism.
The house is located in the village center, bordering the clinic and is close to the Town hall. The total area is 3944 square meters, of which 174 square meters is built and 3770 square meters is a yard. The house consists of 4 rooms, hallway, loft, and extension to the house(warehouse). Ceiling beams are original. The house has electricity, drinking water and TV. There are also 2 water wells(by pump) for watering the yard or other business purposes.
In the village there is absolutely no crime(police check in Pomorie) and the people are well-intentioned. It is visited by many tourists from Great Britain, Russia, Scandinavia, Germany and other.
